| Abstract: | The law take ethics morals as the foundation of value,and the morals passes throughout in the process of legal movement,which maintains together the benign development of society.In constructing the society with rule of law,the morals has been manifested in each legal link,which promotes the perfection of legislation,administation of law and abidance of law. |
