| 摘 要： | 关于农民工非物质利益权益保障问题我国应借鉴国际上以及其他发达国家的相关经验,对农民工非物质利益权益保障进行法律制度安排,建立公正的社会代价补偿机制,进一步完善法治体系和社会信任法律体系,这对构建城乡经济社会发展一体化有着重要的理论意义和实践应用价值。

| Abstract: | Our country should benefit from international and other relevant experience of developed countries on non-material interest benefits of guarantee of farmer workers,the resolve of non-material interest benefits of guarantee is arranged by the legal system.The establishment of compensation mechanisms of just social costs,and the further improvement on the legal system and social trust system according to the right protection by law.This plays very important theoretical significance and practical value to the integration of constructing the social development of urban and rural areas. |
