| 摘 要： | 党中央提出提高统一战线工作科学化水平是为了适应新阶段新任务的需要,高校统战工作是党的统一战线工作的重要领域和阵地,要提高思想认识,根据统战工作的新变化新特点,不断提高统战理论水平,探索科学的体制机制,坚持科学的方式方法,率先提高统战工作科学化水平。
