To Innovate the Industrial Park Property Management in Undeveloped Region

The industries in undeveloped regions would compete for industry parks while the parks in developed regions would compete for industries.The undeveloped regions are weak in industrial elements and in poor position to compete for industries,which can only be changed through innovation.From the point of view that the enterprises in industrial park have a constructed operation period,this article examines the value basis of creating the parks' property and suggests the relevant system to achieve this goal.This article believes that the industrial park property management is very complicated,so a system to guarantee the management efficiency is undoubtedly needed.The author hopes what is analyzed in this article can be of some help to the innovation of industrial park property management in undeveloped regions.
