| Abstract: | There are challenges in the period of str at egic opportunities. To safeguard, consolidate and prolong the precious period, C hina's diplomacy is to carry out the following strategies and tactics: making efforts to build a stable fra mework for the development of Sino-American relations; developing restricting, c oordinating and cooperative relations with big powers and building a good-neighb orly relationship and partnership with our neighbors and surrounding countries. |
