| 摘 要： | 目前西方政策科学研究从整体上呈现一种单纯追求理性化和技术化的特征 ,这种对伦理等价值问题的有意排除原因是多方面的 ,应该也是欠科学的。正在起步中的我国政策科学研究应正视西方政策科学研究的这种倾向 ,对伦理问题采取正确、科学的态度。

| Abstract: | The current Western study of policy science shows a general trend of merely seeking after rationalization and technical expertise. This deliberate elimination of value issues such as ethics can be attributed to many factors. At the same time, it is unscientific to evade the issue of ethics. China's policy science study, which has just made a start, should face up to this trend in the West and take a correct and scientific attitude toward the issue of ethics. |
