形成改革新思路 实现改革新突破

我国的经济改革已有新的突破,主要体现在以下几方面:混合所有制经济快速发展;以培育和发展中等收入群体为重点,实现收入分配制的新突破;提高农民收入,改革农村现有经济形态;适应对外开放的需要,实现以金融为重点的服务业;加强对行政权力的制约和监督,实现政府职能的改革。

Forming a new thinking way to reform and realizing new breakthrough for reform

Some new breakthrough points have appeared in the Chinese economic reform such as: a rapid growth of economy has been seen particularly in mixed possession rights; a sensible target for income distribution that focuses on cultivating middle class of income has been primarily realized; promoting farmer's income and reforming the current economy and society are now under way; to meet the needs of open and reform policy, the service sector focusing on finance has been sufficiently developed; along with a stricter restriction and supervision on administrative power, reform of the governmental function has been started.
