| 摘 要： | 本文从我国金融业分业经营的现状及原因出发,结合加入世界贸易组织对我国金融业的挑战,论述了我国金融业顺应世界混业趋势,通过混业经营提高入世所形成的新经营环境下竞争力的必要性,并对有关我国金融混业经营的立法对策提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | From the present situation of divided operation pattern of financial trade in our country and the reason to it, combining the challenge of joining WTO for the financial trade of our country, this paper discusses the necessity to comply with worlds tendency of mixing operation pattern, improving the competition ability under the new operation environment which resulting from entering into the WTO through mixing operation pattern, and puts forward some legislative countermeasures about mixing operation pattern in our country. |
