| Abstract: | International Organization for Migration is the only global international organization among governments in the field of migration. China has become an important emigration country since its reform and opening up and this makes it inevitable for China to establish and develop relations with IOM. Moreover, their relations will become closer with the continuing increase of Chinese emigrants. |
