| 摘 要： | 人本管理是高校人事管理的核心 ,它强调以人为本 ,以尊重人、调动人的积极性为宗旨。高校主体的特殊性和高校竞争的新特点 ,决定了人本管理是高校人事管理的根本方法。为此 ,必须有恰当而具体的人格定位、营造尊重人的氛围和运用科学的激励手段激发人的创造潜能。
