Ideology and Morality of Contemporary University Students and Methods to Educate Them

Contemporary university students' ideology and morality is influenced by various fac- tors: the decisive effect of economic basis, the restriction mechanism of political systern, the nur- ture of traditional culture, the impact and permeation of foreign cultures, the seduction of reli- gious beliefs and the misleading of feudal superstition, the psychological drive of sex culture, the promotion and correction of science and knowledge, the enlightenment and initiation of farnily ed- ucation, the transformation and shaping of school education; the ultimate perfection, examination and development of social practice, etc. In order to guide the healthy growth of university stu- dents, the law of their ideology and morality formation should be studied and mastered so as to do a better job in the ideological work and moral education of universities.
