我国警察职业化建设研究述评

国内以“警察职业化”为题开展研究始于21世纪初。警察职业化建设的现有研究文献初步探讨了警察职业化的概念、目标、特征、内涵及构建思路，提出了构建警察职业化的崭新命题，为后续研究打下了良好的基础。但现有研究未能全面准确地回答“什么是警察职业化、怎样构建警察职业化”这两个最基本最重要的问题。因此，警察职业化建设研究的当务之急，是进一步深入探讨和研究上述两个最基本最重要的问题，从而构建一个比较系统科学的警察职业化基本理论框架。

Commentary on China Police Professionalism Construction

It began in the early 21 st century about ＂police professionalism＂ in China. The research literature discussed the concept of police professionalism, objectives, characteristics, and construct meaning of ideas, and put forward to build a new police career proposition for the following study which laid a good foundation for further research. However, the existing literature fails to fully and accurately answer the most fundamental and most important two questions about ＂What is police professionalism？＂＂ How to build police professional？＂. Therefore, we should absorb the construction of police occupational research priority at home and abroad from the existing results of the theory and practice, fully and accurately answer the two most fundamental and most important questions, thus build a more systematic professionalization of the police science basic theoretical framework.
