| 摘 要： | 对预备贩毒案件实施侦查的实质其实就是“提供机会型”的诱惑侦查。这一措施的确立是面对毒品的泛滥和侦查毒品犯罪的需要,在我国侦查史上史无前例,这一侦查措施的出台在当时的背景下,有其必要性和合法性。
