Since the reform and open policy, our government has carried restrained policy of macro-regulation, on the basis of the situations of economy and its system. Aimed at excessive investments in some industry and districts, the strong macro-regulation policy had been taken from the first-half of 2003. The second policy has been mainly based on tight "monetary policy " and "land policy", which is the life-blood of the estate. However, the regulation policy can' t affect the bone industry status, but supply an opportunity for the estate to re-organize, and continuously healthy development.
