| Abstract: | The supplementary function of mutual insurance towards workers and staff members is enormous to the existing system of social insurance in China. It manifests the supplementary effect of insurance benefits and competence of risk resistance. Its history is long-standing. Develop the mutual insurance towards workers and staff members on the basis of reliable policy in good internal and external conditions. |
