| 摘 要： | 法律基础课作为高校法制教育的主渠道和主阵地,是高校思想品德课程体系的组成部分。法律基础课教学改革,首先应正确认识其作为思想品德教育课的属性,充分发挥其思想政治教育的功效;其次,在教材体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段和师资队伍等方面加强建设,以提高法律基础课的教学实效。

| Abstract: | The law basic course is the main channel of law education and the constituent of curriculum system about thought and political education in the university.Towards the educational reform of the law basic course,the first,we should correctly understand its character of thought and political education and fully display its actual effect of thought and political education.The second,we should strengthen the construction in respect teaching material system,course content,teaching method,and teachers' troop and so on. |
