| 摘 要： | 失地农民的市民化是一个综合的社会转变过程，其不仅仅是户口的转变，还存在社会保障和社会关系的重塑、思想意识的变迁等问题。解决失地农民市民化的问题，必须统筹兼顾，综合考虑各方面的因素，才能从根本上解决失地农民的生活和出路问题。

| Abstract: | As a comprehensive process of social transformation, residentialization of land-lost peasants concems census migration as well as the problems such as social guarantee, social relationship re-establishment and ecological transformation. With overall and comprehensive consideration, the problem of residentialization of land-lost peasants will be really settled by solving their life and future. |
