| 摘 要： | 介绍贿赂罪是行贿罪帮助犯的特别形式,在能做到罪刑相适应时应当以介绍贿赂罪论处。立法者设立此罪的目的是为了扩大介绍贿赂行为的处罚范围,故应当对介绍做扩大解释,介绍贿赂罪虽然争议不断,但是为了避免处罚漏洞,此罪仍有独立成罪之必要。
