| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了在信息时代到来之际行政权力的六大发展趋势,即权力结构的扁平化、权力分配的均等化、权力行使的共享化、权力运行的透明化、权力约束的法治化和权力价值的人本化。作者认为,把握这些新趋势,才能保证行政权力公正、廉洁、高效、和谐地运转,从而实现人们追求良好治理的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses a continuation of 6 trends of administrative power development, such as horizontalization of power structure, equalization of power distribution, power - sharing in public service, transparency of power exercise, power-bound by the rule of law reform, humanization in values of power. The author believes that these new trends contribute to fair, clean, efficient and harmonious of administrative power, as well as to the good governance. |
