| 摘 要： | 社会转型是指社会由传统型向现代型转变,转型期产权制度建设对社会的平稳转型和发展的作用是巨大的,加强和完善产权制度建设是社会平稳转型的重要前提。在保持社会平稳转型的前提下推进经济体制改革,必须大力完善以产权制度建设为核心的市场经济体制,探索和建立与我国产权制度一致的意识形态规范。
