| Abstract: | Culture development in colleges and universities is of strategic significance to upgrade the core competitiveness. This paper probes this issue from the following aspects: 1. improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching staff and students and cultivate spiritual culture; 2. promote the student-centered culture; 3. regularize the teaching staff and students 's behavior and strenthen the regulations; 4. create landscaped enviroment and construct campus culture. |
