| 摘 要： | 理想信念是国家和民族复兴的精神支柱、是人们的政治立场和世界观在奋斗目标上的集中反映、是人们精神生活的发动机、是一种强大的精神力量，它决定着人们的前进方向和精神状态。高等院校在培养现代化事业接班人的同时，必须把思想政治教育放在育人的首位、把理想信念教育放在思想政治教育的首位，这是当前高等院校思想政治教育的主题，是新时期学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想、培养社会主义事业接班人的根本保证。
