检察机关制度规范化建设探析——基于结构一功能主义的分析

摘要：检察机关的制度规范化指的是对检察机关的各种工作制度进行规范化管理。检察机关制度规范化建设的操作方法是实现制度的体系化，理论分析方法是结构一功能主义。在结构一功能主义视角下，加强检察机关制度规范化的基本路径是：将检察机关的制度，从纵向上按照其功能的不同整合为不同的制度体系，再通过具有横向整合功能的制度，使各制度体系进一步整合成完整的有机整体，最终实现制度规范化建设的目标。

A Study of the Procuratorial Organ Mechanism Standardization from the Perspective of Structural Functionalism

The procuratorial organ system standardization refers to the standardized management of the various working systems of the procuratorial organ. A way for this purpose is the systemization of mechanisms via a structural-functionalist approach. From the perspective of structural functionalism, the key to promote the standardization of mechanisms of the Procuratorial organ is to realize the function-based vertical division of the procuratorial organ system followed by a function-based horizontal integration of mechanisms into an organic whole, thus realizing the standardization in question.
