| 摘 要： | 现代国际法的发展问题是当前国际法理论研究的重点,而国际司法机构的成立和规范发展既是现代国际法发展的产物,反过来又极大地促进了现代国际法的发展,研究国际司法机构和现代国际法的发展之间的辩证关系对促进现代国际法的理论发展具有重要意义。本文从历史和现实的角度对这一问题作了较详细的论述。

| Abstract: | The development of modern international law is the academic emphasis of international law theory, and the foundation and development of international judicial institutions not only is the logical result of the development of modern international law, but also greatly improve the development of modern international law oppositely. Paying attention to the relation of international judicial institutions and the development of modern international law is very important to the development of modern International law. This paper, historically and practically, just gives a research on this topic. |
