摘    要:目的介绍有限元法在一起制动盘损坏原因鉴定中的实际应用,为同类型鉴定提供一种方法。方法在有限元软件中,对事故车辆损坏的制动盘进行建模。并依照实际情况设定两种边界条件,分别仿真计算出应力分布图。将应力分布图与制动盘的破损部位进行对比分析,以便确定制动盘的损坏原因。结果仿真计算得到两种不同的应力分布情况,其中一种与制动盘在事故中损坏的状况基本一致。由此确定,制动盘是在车体侧向碰撞固定物时损坏的。结论有限元法对交通事故鉴定是一种行之有效的方法,并且具有良好的应用前景。

The Application of the Finite Element Method in the Damage Cause Analysis of Brake Disc

Abstract:Objective A method of finite element analysis was introduced through a case of investigation on damaged brake disc:. Method The model of damaged brake disc was built by software. Then two boundary conditions were set according to the practical situation. After simulation, two stress distribution figures were generated and compared tn the damaged brake disc. Results One of the stress distributions matched the situation of the damaged brake disk. That indicated the brake disc had been damaged in the side crash between the vehic, le and the fixtures. Conclusion The finite element method is an effective tet~hnique ira traffic at:olden/ investigation and has a bright prospect of application.
