| 摘 要： | 国家治理能力是一个国家的核心竞争力。当前,推进我国国家治理能力的现代化既是全面深化改革的需要,也是实现全面小康、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的必然要求。推进国家治理能力现代化的关键在于提高各级党政干部的执政水平和执政能力。要围绕现代国家治理的基本要素,以提升科学执政、民主执政、依法执政能力为重点,提高各级党政干部的执政水平和执政能力。 |
