| 摘 要： | 对重组原核表达载体 pETN的表达条件进行了优化 ,在最佳诱导条件下获得了猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒重组核衣壳蛋白 (N蛋白 )。利用HisBind蛋白质纯化试剂盒对表达产物进行了纯化 ,再分别用SDS PAGE电泳及Western blotting试验对纯化产物的纯化效果及特异性进行了检测。结果表明 ,纯化产物的纯度可达 95 %以上 ,并具有良好的免疫学反应活性。 |

| Abstract: | The expressive condition of the recombinant prokaryotic expression vector pETN was optimized in this experiment. Recombinant nucleocapsid protein of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was obtained under the optimum induced condition. The expressive product was purified by His Bind Purification Kit. The purification effect and the specificity of the purified recombinant nucleocapsid protein were detected respectively by SDS-PAGE and Western-blotting. The result showed that purification rate of the purified product was higher than 95%, and it had immunological reactive activity. |
