| Abstract: | Since the fourth plenary session of the 13th central committee of CPC,combining the condition of our country,Jiang Zemin brought forward a series of viewpoints based on Den Xiaoping's power supervised and restricted theory.These viewpoints is the development and innovation of Den's power supervised and restricted theory in many aspects such as,using law,virtue system and supervision to restrict power. |
