法学教育中实施案例教学法的误区及完善

摘    要:案例教学法是法学教育中最常用的、教学效果较好的教学方法之一.现行案例教学法的实施实践中普遍存在着重形式轻质量、重结果轻过程、重课堂知识点轻知识面等误区.法学教育中,应当围绕法律人才培养目标开展案例教学法,并通过建立及时、准确的案例信息数据库以及案例教学测评机制来保障案例教学法教学效果的实现.

Abstract:Citing cases is a very commonly used and fairly effective teaching method in law education.However,in the present use of this method,there exist problems of form coming before quality,result before process and classroom knowledge before range of knowledge,etc.In law education,case teaching method should focus on the aim of training personnel for law profession.Furthermore a timely and precise data base for law cases and an assessing system for case teaching method should be built up so that positive teaching effects can be ensured.
