略论德国的高等法学教育制度

德国是大陆法系的典型代表,尤其是１８９６年的德国民法典,进一步丰富和发展了侧重民事法 律和以法典化为主要形式的大陆法系。德国的法学教育也称得上是大陆法系国家法学教育模式 的典型代表。高起点的法学教育,以通才为基本目标的人才培养模式,以及高等法学教育与法 律职业相统一的教育体制,都对我国法学教育制度的改革有着一定的借鉴意义。

On the Education System of the Science of Law in Germany

Germany is a very typical representative of the Civil Law system, and especially the German Civil Code in 1896 further enriched and developed such a system that stresses Civil Laws and codification of civil laws. The education of the science of law in Germany can also be regarded as a typical model in the Civil Law countries. The high starting education of the science of law, the all-round personnel training model and the combination system of higher education of the science of law and the profession connected to law all should be taken for reference in the reform of the Chinese education system of the science of law.
