论工会促进非公有制经济发展的有效途径

非公有制经济的发展,对工会工作提出了新的要求。经过多年的努力,我们在非公有制企业组建工会的工作取得了一定的进展,但同时也暴露出新组建的工会巩固和发展难等问题。因此,要充分运用工会组织的优势,找出工会促进非公有制经济发展的有效途径,建立非公有制企业与工会工作双赢的工作机制,并在非公有制经济充分发展的基础上,实现非公有制企业工会的巩固和发展。

On Trade Union''''s Effective Approach of Promoting Non-public Sections

The development of non-public sections brought forward new requirements to trade unions. By efforts in past years, we have made progress. However, there are problems and difficulties in strengthening and developing trade unions. Therefore, we should find out the effective approach of promoting non-public sections through fully exerting advantages of trade union. It means to establish working mechanism of win-win and to develop trade unions on the basis of the development of non-public sections.
