| Abstract: | The legal thinking can be understood from the perspective of mode of thinking. It not only attaches importance to mode and inertia that we think and understand the society from the legal stand, but also emphasizes the inherited features and operative culture customs and nature. To study the legal thinking, different modes of thinking should be tolerated. |
