浅析中国宪法监督体制

目前，中国宪法监督制度的建立已经取得了一些成就，但与其他发达国家相比还有待进一步完善，主要缺陷表现在宪法监督缺乏专门性、连续性、可操作性及准确性。其主要原因是思想观念跟不上社会的发展以及宪法本身缺乏亲和力等诸多因素。为此，应设立专门的宪法监督机构，制定相关宪法监督的法律，建立和完善宪法监督保障体制与违宪制裁措施，结合中国社会实际制定与现有国情相适应的违宪审查制度，以完善中国宪法监督制度。
