| 摘 要： | 法律援助制度是保障人权、维护司法公正的必然要求,是促进社会和谐稳定的重要手段。建立健全农村法律援助制度是建设社会主义新农村的必要条件,我国非常有必要建立农村法律援助制度,而且在当前形势下有很大的可行性;尽快构建农村法律援助制度是目前中国建设社会主义新农村的当务之急。
