| Abstract: | The construction of socialist country is a long-term period project over a complicated history process. In order to set up a socialist country ruling by law, our country must walk on the way which is the combination of ruling by law and suiting to factual situation of China. Insisting the leading of Party and perfect it, the legal construction can be improved furtherly. |
