| 摘 要： | 因滞后的律师观、错误的立法导向、侦控机关的不当追诉等,辩护律师在刑事执业中存在较大的人身风险。为加强对辩护律师的人身保护,应赋予辩护律师辩护言论的豁免权,确立辩护律师保守执业秘密的原则,保障控辩双方的平等。

| Abstract: | Due to the hysteretic idea on lawyers,the erroneous legislative guidance,the unsuitable prosecution of investigative organs and so on,there exists great personal risk of defendant lawyers in criminal-law practice.In order to strengthen their personnel protection,we should entitle them with the immunity of defensive speech,establish the principle to keep professional secrets,and ensure the equality between the accused and the defended. |
