| Abstract: | The thesis believes that there are nomological and literal defects in the newly issued Management Statute of the Use of Firearm for Professional Defend and Escort Personnel, which might go against the unification of legal system and the construction of ruling with law. The author gives a brief learned demonstration and puts up the suggestion for the improvement. |
