| Abstract: | The traditional constitutional system guided by naturalism distinguishes people’s subjectivity for achieve individual rights. The rise of ecologicalism of constitutionalism began to turn around from the guarantee of nature rights to the guarantee of environment right. The environment justice in the view of constitutional government is unified by species justice, within-generation justice and Intergenerational justice, and they transcend anthropocentrism, western centralism and oneself-generation centralism. |
