| 摘 要： | 领导干部树立正确的权力观问题是一个长期的根本性的课题。树立正确的权力观 ,必须强化四种意识 ,即委托意识、公仆意识、自觉接受监督的意识与非权力影响力意识。领导者的权力是人民群众委托、赋予的。领导者接受了人民群众的委托 ,就要代表人民群众行使权力 ,做人民群众忠实的公仆 ,自觉接受人民群众的监督 ,增强非权力影响力意识 ,树立真正的领导权威 ,为人民掌好权 ,用好权。

| Abstract: | To acquire a correct power viewpoint, leading cadres should enhance such concepts as entrustment, a public servant,willingly subjecting themselves to supervision and a non-power influence viewpoint. The power in leaders' hands is entrusted by the people.Having accepted the entrustment,leading cadres should be devoted public servants of the people, willingly subject themselves to supervision by the people, acquire a non-power influence viewpoint and assume and exercise the power truly on behalf of the people. |
