| Abstract: | This essay analyses the ways and means adopted by government institutions represented by civil affairs departments to promote gender equality by encouraging rural women to participate in Politics(such as heightening policy executors' gender awareness,incorporating ender equality in publicity work,and encouraging women's federations to play their proper role).The essay concludes with an analysis of the impacts and deficiencies of those measures. |
