| 摘 要： | 创新是民族进步的灵魂,是经济发展的主导力量,而"制造业大国"的身份从某种程度上说明我国在创新能力方面处于弱势.在当今环境问题突出、国际贸易形势萎靡的局势下,我国只有抓住创新机遇,坚持国际化的创新水平与标准,才能占领国际贸易的制高点,早日实现由"中国制造"向"中国创造"的转变.
