| 摘 要： | 目前,我国职业资格考试存在着过多、过滥的问题,从而导致<行政许可法>试图通过建立许可证资格制度维护社会公共利益目的难以实现.本文认为解决的方法有两种:一是进一步完善立法规制,细化<行政许可法>的原则规定:二是放权给社会机构,实现职业准入资格认证的社会化.
