| 摘 要： | 在我国公安警察院校课程体系中,一直因为没有条件开设外国警察学而遗憾。开设外国警察学科,即比较警察学课程,是形势的需要,是开阔学生视野、提高学生素质、培养适应与国际接轨的公安专业新型人才的需要,是完善公安院校学科体系之必要。
