| 摘 要： | 处于同一区域中的行政个体间的经贸、文化交流，以单独的公司、团体、协会等独立组织为单位进行分散式的接洽，远不如通过建立大型交流平台来实现全面对接效果好，在交通条件、通讯设施日益发达的今天，点对点的往来方式已不是地区经济一体化的唯一选择，面对面的平台式接触才是行政个体间实现良好互动的首选，这也是当今博览业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展起来的主因。
