| 摘 要： | 在刑罚种类的应用上，对未成年人不宜适用剥夺政治权利、罚金、没收财产等附加刑。在具体刑罚执行上要注重把握未成年人犯罪年龄的差别，扩大缓刑和非刑罚处理方法的适用范围．并对未成年人犯罪的假释、减刑应作特别规定。

| Abstract: | It is not suitable to apply deprivation of political rights,fine,confiscation of property to infants.The disparity in ages of delinquency should be taken into consideration when executing the concrete punishment.The scope of the application of probation and means other than criminal punishments should be enlarged.Special provisions should be made on the parole and commutation to delinquency. |
