| Abstract: | By analysing the present laws and regulations,as well as examining the tiue cases, we find that it is essential and urgent to improve the civil liabilities system of security fraud, especially there are many disadvantages of compensation mechanism about misrepresentation actions, so here I put forward some suggestions to punish the breakers of the law more effectively and to protect the lawful rights of the investors. |
