| 摘 要： | 社会治安防控体系是一个复杂的巨系统。它的科学化、系统化建设需要一个模型化的过程,即从社会治安(M)出发,经过观察和理解(OaU)、分析和度量(AaM)、关系和形式化(RaF)、实验和评定(TaE)最后反馈回社会治安这一不断循环的模型化过程。
