| Abstract: | The improvement of Ningxia's economy should be based on the combination of hard strength with soft one.It is of significance to harmoniously develop industrial,agriculture and culture and to make strategy and deployment as a whole.These will lead to strong economy of Ningxia and,thus,the goal will be realized for the overall construction of well-off society. |
