| Abstract: | The non-governmental organizations(NGOs) have rapidly sprung up in the world, bringing up a series of influence and impact to the international legal order. Their activities have almost linked with the main spheres of the international law, announced new ideology of rule by law to the entire globe and shaped a new paradigm of the legal order in the international society. At last, its legal status will be examined under the international law. |
