| 摘 要： | 地理标志是一种标示商品或服务基本来源的重要标志。如何加强对地理标志的保护、充分保障权利人的合法权益已成为整个国际社会关注和重视的问题。文章分析中国在地理标志法律保护存在的不足,初步提出了弥补这些不足的措施。

| Abstract: | Geographical indication is the important one that indicates the source of a kind of goods or service.The improvement of the protection of geographical indication and the full guarantee of lawful rights and interests of obliges has become an important problem that should be paid much attention to by the whole international society.This paper puts forward some measures to remedy the lack by analyzing the exiting lack of legal protection of geographical indication in China. |
